"Great experience , HOWEVER I was charged an extra £25. Driver said ita because of my baggage nd claimed.ed I was sent an email to that regard. I never got that email and there no evidence of that. we tried to reach the office to verify the information but no one responded to my call. driver wouldn't leave without being paid. I was exhausted and with 2 kids, 1 with special needs, and so I had to pay.
my baggage was listed in the description of my payment and infact it was the same exact baggage I used in my outward journey, same taxicode company but on return I was asked to pay more. VERY DISTRESSING"
"The designated driver (as informed via email) was not there (at agreed location). After about 15 mins i called his number a couple of times. Eventually got him. Was informed that another driver had been requested to pick me up. At which point I received another email informing me of the identity of the other designated driver etc. Waited another 15-20 mins. Simply disorganised."
